General Information The IEEE Conference on Open Systems 2011 will be held in Langkawi, Malaysia from 25 until 28 September 2011. The conference will be organized to invite international delegates to Langkawi; the islands of legends and folklore, renowned internationally as the archipelago of 99 tropical islands, the ultimate holiday paradise to share their latest research findings in Open Systems besides getting to know Malaysia.
